Our services include Color paint, Phone orders, Delivery, Boom truck, Roof delivery truck, Truck platforms, Service Contractors, Fleet, Home decorating, Opening a BMR Account, Tool Rentals, Lumber Cutting Service, Filling of Propane Tanks. https://www.bmr.ca/en/drummond-bldg-supplies-of-marmora-1983-ltd We are currently looking for a Customer Service Associate in our Bulk Products area.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare reports on merchandise volumes
• Oversee stock and order merchandise for their department
• Authorize the return of merchandise
• Analyze and report on delivery issues in a timely manner
• Plan out the delivery team activities on daily basis
• Dispatch delivery crew and truck on daily basis
• Report delivery status and delivery documentation on weekly basis
• Coordinate team activities in their department and report to the supervisor as needed
• Train new hires on company policies and safety procedures
• Selling merchandise to customers

REQUIREMENTS:

• Completion of secondary school or equivalent in experience
• Previous retail sales experience in bulk orders an asset
• Knowledge of Bulk Lumber & building Materials a must
• Experience or education in Inventory control procedures required
• Experience with excel or similar programs for Inventory control
• Excellent time and management skills
• Fluent in English, written and oral
• French document comprehension or Bilingual an asset
• clean driving abstract

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:

Full-time, Permanent

WAGE:

CAD $18.00 per hour
