Position: Football Recruitment Sales Executive
Reporting to: CEO

Overall Objective: To work on all administrative duties & projects

Recruiting & signing up football student/players

Daily telephone calls & emails to prospective student attendees, parents & guardians

Collection of all player details and call data

Work to / achieve weekly player recruitment call targets

Complete the International recruitment process through to a player a signing onto a University programme (including VISA, travel, funding and application queries)

Complete the programme recruitment process from initial interest through to a player paying in full for the programme

Update the shared drive database with all relevant player / attendee information and helping with any related queries, travel, itinerary etc)

Helping to organise all areas of event booking and management for showcase or any other events.

Recruitment Support

• Responding directly to leads questions.
• Chasing leads for information/to complete actions.
• Signposting leads to correct information.
• Support the recruitment team to ensure they have all the information they need.

Recruitment

• Working as part of the recruitment team
• Telephone sales & ongoing student/player support
• Point of contact for recruits for any type of support

General

• To liaise with the Heads of Department on all matters, including managing relationships with external partners.
• To contribute effectively to the day-day operations.
• To attend and contribute to all relevant In-Service training.
• To attend all relevant staff meetings.
• To keep up to date with all correspondence.
• To regularly engage upon CPD
• To show clear evidence of planning and evaluating.
• To ensure that all the relevant administration is kept up to date.
• To provide transportation to and from fixtures or events

Essential

• Practical experience of sports/football player student management
• Experience of project management.
• Flexible working hours required.
• Must interconnect with all relevant departments.
• Must have experience of using Microsoft word, Excel, PPT etc
