Customer Service Associate – Help Teens Succeed!

This team member will be responsible for providing administrative and program support for the implementation of CollegeDrive programs, student scheduling, working with area high school programs, and assisting with school events.

This is a part-time position (20-25 hours per week).

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a passion for working with families and students.

• Excellent time management skills and attention to detail

• Comfort with digital platforms and willingness to learn new digital platforms.

• The ability to be flexible and adaptable or to “wear different hats” on any given day. Our work is dynamic and rarely boring!

Duties and responsibilities:

• Assist in supporting existing CollegeDrive programs.

• Assist with all forms of communication.

• Assist in the management of online resources and customer relationship management software.

• Participate in direct communication with families regarding program administration and program delivery.

• Ensure client, customer, and organizational needs are met with positive and excellent customer service.

• Connect and communicate successfully with customers, and advocate for the benefits of CollegeDrive programs.

• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.

• Database and record keeping activities including contacts and scheduling.

• Provide support and handle administrative tasks for the organization.
