Position Summary : Driverge Vehicle Innovations is seeking a skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team.
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our websites and digital marketing campaigns across various channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and ultimately, conversions.
The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, and adept at leveraging digital platforms to achieve marketing objectives.
We aspire to be a more data-driven team and company, and this role demands someone who can holistically own the measurement and optimization of our top-of-funnel metrics and attribution processes.
Website-related Responsibilities : Oversee the development, maintenance, and optimization of the company website to ensure a seamless user experience and alignment with brand objectives.
Manage website content, including copywriting, editing, and updating pages to reflect the latest products, promotions, and company news.
Conduct regular website audits to identify opportunities for improvement, such as site speed optimization, mobile responsiveness, and SEO enhancements.
Collaborate with web developers, designers, and IT professionals to implement website changes and updates in a timely manner.
Monitor website analytics and performance metrics, such as traffic, bounce rate, and conversion rate, to assess effectiveness and identify areas for enhancement.
Digital Marketing-related Responsibilities : Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic, enhance brand presence, and generate leads.
Manage all digital marketing channels, including but not limited to social media, email, display advertising, and SEO / SEM.
Oversee the creation and optimization of digital content, including blog posts, social media posts, and email campaigns, to engage and convert target audiences.
Analyze campaign performance data and metrics to measure ROI, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer behavior to inform marketing strategies and stay ahead of the curve.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., sales, product development) to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals.
Stay abreast of emerging digital marketing technologies and trends, and continuously seek opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources efficiently to maximize ROI. Position Qualifications and Entrance Requirements : Bachelor’s or Associates Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related degrees 8+ years of relevant experience working in a corporate or agency environment Well-versed in website management : technical knowledge, user experience and search optimization Fluent in digital marketing, e.
g., email marketing, social media, content / inbound, SEO, pay-per-click, retargeting, digital display, etc. Project management experience leading in-house digital and / or outsourced agency teams A solid and proven understanding of Salesforce / Pardot or other CRM / AM platforms Commercial / vocational products marketing experience Experience supporting a multi-channel factory sales force Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to concisely explain relatively complex information to laypeople Strong Microsoft Office skills Maintain a valid driver’s license Candidates must successfully complete criminal and motor vehicle background check and pre-employment drug screening Nice-to-haves : Experience working with different types of B2B sales forces with both long- and short- sales cycles, e.
g., manufacturing sales force and commercial retail sales force Automotive and / or vehicle conversion / upfitting experience Hands-on CMS skills, WordPress Physical Demands / Work Environment : Ability to travel up to 15% of the time as business demands.
Able to function capably in an office environment using standard equipment (telephones, fax machines, computers, copiers, etc.
Must be able to lift to 50 pounds. Must be able to complete office-related physical activities (walking, standing, talking, hearing, pushing, reaching, seeing, stooping / crouching, smelling, depth perception, identifying colors) as needed.
