DRIVE Hiring for Remote Finance Associate Job at North Carolina Full Time

Must live in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Texas, Florida or Utah. Will consider Tennessee or the Los Angeles California area.

What You Will Do

• General Bookkeeping- with the ability to work on a variety of projects
• Credit Card controls and reconciliation – help automate
• Handle purchase orders
• Support the weekly payroll process
• Accounts Receivable
• Book cost efficient travel
• Collections from clients
• Reconciliation- of various accounts
• Master NetSuite quickly if you do not have prior knowledge.
• Other duties as assigned

Skills You Will Need

· Excel- intermediate level

· Excellent attention to detail and good organizational skills

· Effective problem-solving skills

· Tech savvy

· Work well under pressure

· Excellent interpersonal skills – must interact with our internal sales staff and our clients

Payroll experience a plus.

You must have a quiet home office with a modern computer operating systems and high quality high speed internet.

· Knowledge of NetSuite a huge, huge plus (not a requirement)

Work Shift is: 9:45am-6:45pm EASTERN TIME – can possibly vary based on your time zone
