DripDrop Marketing works with small businesses (car washes, automotive businesses, restaurants, dental offices, local businesses and many more) in all 48 states plus Hawaii to help them grow their business through direct marketing tactics. POSITION SUMMARY & RESPONSIBILITIES
We are launching a DripDrop Digital division and we need experienced digital marketing Account Managers to join the team. Growth of this division will come by way of selling digital services to existing clients (we have 100’s of existing clients we already sell direct mail marketing services to), and also new client acquisition. The experience and knowledge YOU bring to the table are critical, and your willingness to learn our business framework is equally important.
· Assist in the planning of a “go to market” strategy for a new internal division to sell digital services.
· Identify and engage with existing customers and new customers via phone and email on a daily basis.
· Build working relationships with clients by LISTENING to clients and making recommendations based on their needs.
· Develop an expert understanding of our backend software we use to manage all digital services and campaigns.
· Develop marketing strategies based on each individual client’s needs and objectives.
· Provide clear analysis of digital campaign goals, objectives and periodic campaign performance.
· Liaising with our fulfillment team to set up digital tools related to each service offering.
· Liaising with our creative team to develop concepts, graphic designs, promotional materials and advertising copy. You should have a good understanding of digital ad structure.
· Dive into new areas with little to no guidance, and pick up the ball whenever and wherever necessary.
To be clear: This position is a potential stepping stone to a larger role as the digital division grows over time.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND OTHER SKILLS REQUIRED
· Three or more years of marketing or advertising agency experience.
· Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, English, Communications or other related field.
· Deep understanding of key digital marketing tactics such as business listings, reputation management, paid search, SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media marketing.
· Familiarity with common digital marketing tools and related software.
