Drift Coffee & Kitchen Hiring for Social Media Manager at Wrightsville Beach, NC Full Time

We are seeking a part time Social Media Manager/Graphic Designer responsible for creating and executing strategies that consistently articulate Drift’s brand and mission. In this role, you will work to translate the overall brand marketing message into an aligned, consistent and innovative social media and content strategy. You will be accountable for performance against that strategy, and ultimately ensure that Drift is presented as a leader in storytelling, social media and content creation. Our ideal candidate possesses great communication and creative skills, with proven success integrating social media into the larger business objectives, across the broad spectrum of today’s social media platforms. You will develop and hone the tone and voice of the brand, and produce a variety of content and media for Drift.

Core Job Duties + Responsibilities:

• Design, execute and evolve a social media strategy that grows Drift’s audience and brand engagement — and ultimately frequency and conversion.
• Define and maintain all Drift social media channels in support of overall brand goals and marketing needs.
• Execute daily posting, manage a content calendar, and engage with all community conversation.
• Train and educate a diverse staff on social media strategies as it relates to customer service and the in-store experience.
• Work to execute beautiful content across multiple mediums – photography, print, video, etc.
• Connect on and offline marketing initiatives to ensure a consistent brand message regardless of outlet or vehicle, ensuring social is thoughtfully factored into partnerships, experiences, campaigns, and products.
• on performance; develop and implement a strategic approach to measuring social media and content performance. Learn and evolve as you learn from the data and results.

You have:

• 7+ years of experience with social media and content marketing
• Highly engaged in the social media and digital space
• Ability to organize, prioritize and multitask effectively
• Strategic problem-solving skills and data-driven decision-making abilities
• Experience identifying meaningful, actionable insights within past successful social media campaigns
• Exceptional analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
• Strong storytelling skills – be able to share the our story
• Past experience managing social media partners and agency relationships
• Impeccable aesthetic, attention to detail and love of photography and design
