The Mission of Senior Sales Representative:

We are looking for a result-driven Senior Sales Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the sales process for Nuclear Networking. Further, responsible for executing all forms of sales communication and ensuring management of a clean pipeline within the CRM. The ideal candidate will have previous start-up and digital marketing sales experience(s). The Sr. Sales Representative will also be responsible for providing sales performance s to leadership, weekly, monthly, quarterly.

Qualifications for the Senior Sales Representative:

• Must have 5-7 previous years of experience as a Senior Sales Representative in the SEO/Digital Marketing space.
• Must have previous CRM/automation & pipeline management, email, marketing, zoom, and presence and ability to present digital marketing strategies.
• Must have 3-5 years of CRM utilization experience.
• Must have previous start up experience.
• Paid advertising knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with development of sales automation content is highly desirable.

Outcomes we Expect from our Senior Sales Representative:

• Shared development and execution of comprehensive sales, sales automation and lead nurturing initiatives to convert leads.
• Manage the sales efforts and ing within our CRM platform and ensure all account notes, events, and opportunities are up to date.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, leveraging these connections to drive business opportunities and revenue growth
• Conduct win/loss interviews with former and existing clients and use this information to inform service positioning and marketing campaigns & sales initiatives. Able to sell upstart products.
• Provide input/feedback on pricing strategies and promotional activities to optimize lead to sales conversion rates.

Competencies needed from the Senior Sales Representative:

• In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing principles, techniques, and best practices. SEO, Digital Marketing Sales experience is a must have.
• CRM & Pipeline management. A proven ability to be persistent and to drive the business forward.
• Sales automation knowledge.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to forge and maintain relationships key decision makers. Excellent communication and presentation development acumen.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
