DRG Mechanical, Inc Hiring for Warehouse Manager at Lester, IA Full Time

Duties:

– Oversee and manage all warehouse operations, including procurement, materials management, order fulfillment, and warehouse distribution.
– Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and procedures to optimize productivity and minimize errors.
– Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.
– Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
– Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety regulations and guidelines.
– Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed.
– Manage fleet of vehicles used for transportation and delivery purposes.
– Coordinate dispatching of drivers for timely order deliveries.
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.

Qualifications:

– Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
– Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, procurement, materials management, and order fulfillment processes.
– Excellent organizational and time management skills.
– Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
– Ability to lift 100 pounds.
