The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for overseeing the full cycle of talent acquisition process for DRG. This person must understand, model, and represent the DRG employment value proposition. This influential leader will work closely with all departments within DRG and build strong connections at all levels. Developing and executing recruitment plans and strategies are primary responsibilities to ensure hiring goals are met with the best possible external talent, as well as identify candidates for internal growth.

What will YOU do?
· Lead a remote team of Talent Acquisition Specialists.
· Bring expertise to develop and manage a strategic talent acquisition, while partnering closely with the HRBP.
· Oversee full cycle recruiting process.
· In-depth interviewing of above store level candidates to determine best fit for the department interviews.
· Oversee External Recruiter activity:
o Build/manage resource bank of external recruiters.
o Assist in initial job requisitions between Leadership and recruiters.
o Monitor/Assist in external campaigns. Ensure all candidates are being followed up on in a timely manner. Assist in scheduling and completing screenings, interviews, offers, and onboarding tasks.
· Develop strong connections with hiring managers and understand the needs of all business units, as well as identifying future needs of the business.
· Partner closely with managers and HR to identify potential internal talent for open positions, as we continue to grow and expand.
· Create and maintain the upmost positive experience for all candidates.
· Collaborate with internal team to ensure a smooth transition for all new employees.
· May conduct Technical and Behavioral skill assessments.
· Assist with succession planning.
Are you Qualified?
· 8+ years’ experience in Talent acquisition
· Experience working with Applicant Tracking Software required.
· 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience.
· Strong social media skills a must.
· Strong understanding of staffing principles, laws, and procedures and a solid working knowledge of recruitment/employment programs.
· Proven ability to communicate and effectively “sell” DRG as the employer of choice.
· Ability to travel occasionally (approx. 20-25% of your time) across all markets within DRG.
· Maintain Valid Driver’s License, Insurance, and clean driving record. Able to drive personal and rental vehicle as needed.
· Must pass a background check including MVR.
· Proficient in a variety of technology systems including MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, eRestaurant, Talentreef, and able to adapt to new systems quickly.
· Certified Diversity and Inclusion Recruiter certification, or experience building a diversity and inclusion recruitment strategy a plus.
