This is a great opportunity for someone who likes to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and use their problem solving skills.
Afternoon, evening and weekend shifts available.
The Customer Service Representative will:
Ensure phones are answered quickly and customers questions are answered
Provide exceptional customer service to our customers
Audit customer paperwork; correct missing information
Run customer payments in multiple systems
Ensure that installations are scheduled and completed
Drive positive outcomes for all customer service issues
Resolve escalated customer issues
Work closely with the sales team and permit team
Successful Customer Service Representative will have:
Problem solving skills
Ability to prioritize
Great communication skills
High attention to detail
Empathy
Ability to work as a team
3+ years experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
Type 35+ WPM
