Onboarding Specialist
We are looking for a dedicated, well-spoken Onboarding Specialist to join our HR department. The responsibilities of the Onboarding Specialist include establishing clear communication with the Recruiting team regarding all potential candidates coming onboard. Once the potential candidate is deemed as hirable by the Recruiter, the Onboarding Specialist will then send the candidate all required Onboarding paperwork. Once the candidate is cleared for work and all required paperwork is received, the Onboarding Specialist will reach out to the candidate and schedule them for Orientation and communicate the next steps. This individual will be required to familiarize themselves with all company policies and will assist both the Human Resources Generalist and Human Resources Manager with any extra duties within the Human Resources Department (filing, events, walk-ins), etc.
As an Onboarding Specialist, you should have strong knowledge of California labor laws and experience with HR practices. Ultimately, a top-notch Onboarding Specialist should be a great communicator with a flair for interacting with new people. This position will report directly to the Human Resources Manager.
