Dream Body Sculpting Devices™ is a woman/minority-owned aesthetic equipment manufacturing company that began in 2019 by co-founders Christina Perez and Jasmine Jenkins. Our professional-grade body contouring equipment is manufactured in the United States to ensure high quality and performance. Our equipment utilizes, but not limited to, professional grade cavitation, radio frequency skin tightening, HIFEM (high-intensity focused electromagnetic) technology. Our mission is to equipt providers (medical spas, plastic surgeons, estheticians, dermatology,etc.) with these quality machines that would drive sales, produce results for their clients, and leverage their competitve advantage. As a sales rep, you will be responsible for selling DreamBody equipment and building long-lasting relationships with the potential partners. Our sales rep leader will provide you with the tools, knowledge, and resources to better help you in reaching your sales goals.
We are looking for high performers with a track record of success. The ideal candidate is confident, has high integrity, good energy, positive attitude, self motivated and goal driven. We are seeking knowledgeable individuals that are willing to learn and grow within the industry.
Sales reps are required to operate a computer, be able to sit on phone calls with potential prospects as well as visit potential prospects place of business to preform live demos. The physical demands include, but are not limited to, the transportation of aesthetic devices from practice to practice, lifting, carrying, walking, etc. The sales rep must be able to speak clearly and at a steady pace so our prospects can fully understand.

DreamBody sales reps will recieve a 10% uncapped commission for every machine sold. After a yearly evaluation, sales reps may qualify for salary. Bonuses can be earned after every quarter based on performance.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market and industry trends
– Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation
– Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
– Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and onboarding of new clients
– Meet or exceed sales targets and goals on a consistent basis
– Provide regular s on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts
Qualifications:
– Proven experience in outside sales or technology sales, preferably in a B2B environment
– Strong account management skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
– Technical aptitude and the ability to understand complex products and solutions
– Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce, for managing customer interactions and tracking sales activities
– Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
– Fluency in Spanish is a plus
– Self-motivated with a strong drive for results and success
– Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
