We have had tremendous growth over the years and are looking for talented and highly motivated individuals that will grow with us. We currently seek a full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist who can source, attract, and interview prospective employees.

We are seeking candidates that possess at least 2 years of experience in 3PL / logistics recruiting.

Here are some of the responsibilities that we are looking for in this individual:

• Develop sourcing plans to attract top talent while building a network of candidates for our open positions
• Day to day responsibilities include reviewing resumes, conducting warm and cold calls to prospective candidates, screening candidates, initial interviews, scheduling follow up meetings etc.
• Effectively communicate with andidates and oversee the entire selection process from start to finish
• Assist in the onboarding, training, and first day experience for all new hires

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
