Eastern Drayage is one of leading and fastest growing transportation companies servicing the import/export logistics industry.

Our business is growing and we are looking for talented and highly motivated individuals that will grow with us.

Todays trucking market has seen a decline in truck capacity and driver recruitment is now the biggest challenge companies are facing.

With that, we are seeking aggressive individuals who can help us with recruiting and bringing drivers in to apply at our company.

Individual will need to find (with our guidance) strategic locations in and around the ports of Newark and Elizabeth and have the ability to strike up conversations with Class A truck drivers while explaining the benefits of joining our company. Other methods of recruiting will include social media, Online Job boards and create word of mouth referral program.

We will train you through the entire process but this position does require the mentality of taking the initiative and having the out there personality..

We are seeking only highly motivated individuals who possess the confidence and ability to be in this position. We are building a team with several recruiters as well as mentoring and anything that will be needed to support you.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
