About the role

You’d be joining an established HRBP Team with a focus on supporting our Commercial business, based across our Ipswich and Northampton offices.

Our HR team operates in a Centres of Excellence model and the HRBP’s are crucial to the success of the model. Your role is to truly understand your business area and support them in HR matters, pulling in the centres of excellence as needed. Our HR is a collaborative and supportive function that is playing a key role in enabling and supporting the business to achieve its goals.

Working largely with the operational departments of our commercial business, you’ll be commercially minded and solutions focussed to be able to provide your stakeholders with the tools and guidance needed to feel empowered to make informed decisions for their business area.

This is a fast-paced role within a growing business with big plans so you’ll need to be comfortable with changing priorities and working at a reasonable pace.

About you

You’ll need experience at HRBP level, with working knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation. You’ll take a commercial and pragmatic lens to the way you work with your stakeholders and you’ll have developed strong relationship building skills. You’ll be comfortable challenging, coaching and influencing across all levels and be comfortable working in a large collaborative team.
