Drake International Inc Hiring for Customer Service Representative – Retail at Cambridge, ON Full Time

We’re currently hiring a part time Customer Service Representative for a retail location in Cambridge. You will be working on behalf of an international freight management company, providing exceptional customer service both in person and by phone.

This position offers an immediate start. The ideal candidate will be customer service driven and flexible part time availability.

What we offer

• $17.00 per hour
• Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-12pm
• 20 hours per week, minimum

What you bring

• Providing exceptional in person and telephone support to customers
• Making outbound calls to verify and update shipping information
• Freight resolution
• Entering new data on the system, printing a new labels for the freight
• Processing, debit, credit and cash transactions
• Loading and unloading packages for customers as needed

Who you are

• Must be customer service oriented
• Must be fully vaccinated against covid
• Possess intermediate computer knowledge and skills
• Steel toe boots/shoes, as heavy lifting is occasionally required
• Must have a clean criminal record
