ABOUT THE ROLE
Our client has created a global reputation among luxury fashion, with their own unique and distinctive style. You have the opportunity to join the brand in their Sydney headquarters. They are seeking a temporary Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a 3-month contract, working Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm. This is a truly exciting opportunity to contribute to our client’s philosophy and to become part of a team that offers possibilities to learn and grow.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Primarily focus on talent acquisition for the company.
  • Work with Retail Managers and Store Managers in a fast-paced recruitment drive.
  • Support the HR Manager.
KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • A minimum of 2 years recruitment experience.
  • Well versed in Talent Acquisition process including organising a talent pool, pre-screening, providing a shortlist to the hiring manager and following through to the onboarding process.
