THE GIG

Working within Group (global functions), the Senior HR Lead will provide first class generalist HR people partnering, delivering commercial, proactive and timely HR support and insights to ensure we have great inspired teams, able to perform at their best.

You will develop and execute the people plan, taking responsibility for overall HR service delivery for Creative, Product, Marketing and Design.

As our Senior HR Lead you will be responsible for:
Ensuring you have the best talent in the right roles across your area

Taking the lead to ensure the development of internal talent

Partnering with the team to create an environment that encourage high performance

Continually building HR Effectiveness

This is a 12 month fixed term contract position.

Experience within a people partnering role in a similar Retail or consumer facing environment, ideally business partnering with creative functions

Know what good looks like, from a business perspective in a global head office environment

Great relationship management that delivers results through effective teamwork
