Dr. Howard Fuller Collegiate Academy’s math educators:

• Plan and deliver standards-based innovative learning experiences that develop students’ capacity to succeed in mathematics.
• Create a positive learning environment with consistently monitored and rewarded routines and expectations;
• Communicate with parents, students, and colleagues in a timely fashion and report progress accurately;

• Serve as mentors for a small group of students to help them with character development, college aspirations, and grades;

• Collaborate with other teachers within the department and within a grade level to grow professionally and to ensure the growth and success of students; and

• Support students with IEPs.

Teachers must be certified to teach in the State of Wisconsin and must pass a background check including fingerprinting.

Our compensation schedule is structured and transparent based on certification areas, experience and education. All employees receive 100% employer-paid medical, dental and vision insurance valued at $15,000. Teacher pay is prorated year-round so educators can spend their summer engaging in personally restorative experiences. Teachers have access to group-sponsored 403(b) retirement programs.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $47,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
