Busy oral surgery office seeking full time (M-F) front desk position to add to our team. This front desk position will be our patients first point of contact. You will welcome and greet our patients. Our office is fast paced so multi-tasking and stress management is a must. We offer sick pay, vacation pay, 401k and a yearly bonus.

Responsibilities:
– Greeting patients and providing customer service
– Patient coordination- Answering phones, scheduling appointments
– Patient billing, handling and posting payments
– Presenting treatment plans
– General insurance knowledge, insurance verification and out of pocket estimating
– Close out day
– End of monthly
– Confirming appointments
– Accounts Receivable
