The Opportunity

We are looking for a driven, self-motivated and entrepreneurial individual who has a desire to be part of an early stage company. As a Rental Customer Service Coordinator you will be able to develop your skills and work with an enthusiastic team.

On a Typical Day, You Will:

• Qualify prospective customers over the phone and educate them on why DOZR is right for their business.

• Identify customers with existing rentals and contact them in regards to extending their rental date.

• Achieve monthly targets of qualified opportunities, pipeline attribution and closed deals.

• Help customers with general inquiries in a remote / call setting

• Take pride in helping to calm and comfort customers that are in need of support and action taken

• Manage and prioritize critical to minor issues

Salary: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
