Downer’s Road Services business manages and maintains road networks across Australia and New Zealand and manufactures and supplies products and services to create safe, efficient and reliable journeys.

Due to significant growth, a fantastic opportunity is now available for an entry level Administrator to join our Plant & Assets Team in Tasmania, based in our Austins Ferry Workshop. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Leads in this business. The role would be suited to someone looking to start a career in Business Administration .

ABOUT YOU

Proven experience in computer skills including the ability to operate computerized accounting, spreadsheet and word processing programs, and email at a highly proficient level

Proven experience in building strong interpersonal relationships

Ability to coordinate multiple administration tasks and achieve deadlines

Self-motivated with initiative to liaise with business on requirements

Team player, with the ability to work autonomously with limited supervision and guidance

Able to utilize / apply procedures and methods to meet company/ client requirements
