Our Roads Infrastructure division is seeking to appoint a Talent and Sourcing Business Partner. We are seeking an engaging individual who has the ability to listen to the needs of our client group and deliver tailored and consultative sourcing solutions. Pivotal to this role will be your ability to develop strong stakeholder relationships in order to deliver timely outcomes.

ABOUT YOU

A specialist with end-to-end recruitment experience, ideally from a similar multi-disciplined organisation, or alternatively agency experience delivering on technical roles

The ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships across a broad range of portfolios

Proficient search methodologies and ability to think outside the box to engage and identify the right candidates

Highly effective communication style teamed with strong inter-personal and influencing skills

Demonstrated ability to use applicant tracking systems such as Page Up coupled with LinkedIn Recruiter and Seek Talent Search experience.
