Position summary

RESOURCING/MOBILISATION COORDINATOR

Our Infrastructure Projects team designs and constructs high voltage powerlines to the electrical utilities and infrastructure markets. Our business has a well-regarded history with a major capability in the delivery of design, supply and construction of overhead power transmission and distribution; and substation systems.

With an anticipated increased volume of work and activity within the Transmission Lines business portfolio, we are seeking an experienced Resourcing/Mobilisation Coordinator . The primary objective of this position is to collate and analyse data to accurately forecast labour demand and supply, and training compliance, ensuring the business has the right people, with the right skills in the right place at the right time and ensuring we have sufficient capabilities for future power projects.

About You

You should be an experienced Project Administrator or Mobilisation Coordinator with prior experience in a construction or heavy industry environment. You may have previously worked on a FIFO basis and have a good understanding of the dynamic nature of project environments. Prior transmission / Electrical Distribution or similar (e.g. resources) industry would be desirable.

An ability to plan, coordinate and manage resources and processes involving high volumes and competing deadlines with a time-critical focus. Advanced Excel skills are required, previous experience with Primavera P6 would be well regarded though not essential. You should have excellent communication skills with an ability to clearly articulate business needs and liaise with a variety of stakeholders. Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving capability is required.
