Junior Recruiter/Recruiter Trainee

As an integral member of a high performing national Recruitment & Sourcing team, you will be trained to ensure the seamless onboarding experience for new employees. You will support the sourcing activities across the business with the opportunity to further develop your skills in qualifying candidates as part of a natural progression to more senior recruitment roles within the team.

ABOUT YOU

Have a genuine interest in working within the Recruitment environment

A strong customer service focus with the ability to collaborate and foster teamwork and flexibility to adapt to changing demands.

Proficiency in using Outlook, MS Office including Word, Excel and Power Point

Administration/Mobilisation experience is favorable

Skilled in organizing tasks and establishing priorities

High attention to detail.

Highly effective communication style teamed with strong inter-personal and influencing skills
