Position summary

Are you experienced using SAP and looking for a new opportunity? If so, we have a fantastic position available for a full-time permanent Finance Systems Administrator within our Business Services Centre.

The purpose of the Systems Administrator role is to assist with the control of the Finance framework in the Core Finance applications (“Global Finance Systems”). The role provides a central administration for change requests to Finance master data, security and configuration to ensure consistent application.

THE ROLE

The Systems Administrator role will collaborate and coordinate with the Group Finance teams, Divisional Finance teams, Business Services Centre and Lead Operational Finance Managers. The role will also support an important relationship with the Applications support team. Your responsibility will be although not limited to:

Maintaining of hierarchies, profit centres, cost centres and GL accounts

Coordinating and supplying support for the Finance Audit

Supporting the resolution of issues with applications support team with business process knowledge

Assisting with monitoring of finance controls and advise governance deficiencies and opportunities

Understanding the integrations and interactions with other key Finance applications

Troubleshooting and working through various finance system related issues as they arise

Building positive relationships and behaviours to deliver best practice and adoption of new systems

Providing support and assistance to Finance team members on the use of the financial systems

ABOUT YOU

Experience in SAP essential

Preferred experience with Finance Audit and/or SAP Cost/Profit centre master data, Cost/Profit Centre Hierarchy structures, General Ledger Account Master data

Working toward Tertiary Accounting Qualifications or similar

The ability to effectively work with and build relationships with a range of stakeholders

Some technical Accounting background

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft suite (Excel, Word)
