DoverStaffing is currently seeking an Accounting Supervisor to work for our client in the downtown Atlanta, GA area. This is a temporary assignment that will be for approximately 4 months.
Work Hours: 8 hours a day between 7am – 6pm (flex schedules available)
Worksite: Telework and a couple days a month in office (Downtown Atlanta)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Reconcile Bank Accounts
- Assist with reconcile Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Account
- Assist with Research for Year-End Close
- Assist with Year–End Reporting
- Assist with Year-End Journal Entries
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting
- 10 years or more professional experience in an accounting
- 5 years or more professional experience with general ledger with heavy bank reconciliation experience
- 2 years of supervising accounting staff
- Advance level Excel skills
- Experience with Oracle or PeopleSoft
- Must be able to pass a background check
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $30.00 per hour
