Based in Liverpool this coveted firm is expanding their team and are searching for an experienced Clinical Negligence solicitor to help manage their impressive caseload.  

The firm is asking for 5 years+ PQE for this role and are looking for a candidate to meet their excellent standards and core values. The role will require individual work and supportive work as a team ensuring all cases are conducted with the utmost effort and commitment. 

If successful, the candidate will be expected to identify and drive cases which are ready for LOC, settlement or service, support the head of department in ensuring the delivery of the team’s financial and performance KPI’s, manage their caseload in an effective and proactive manner, draft legal documentation and negotiate settlements and the issuing and service or proceedings.
