We are seeking an IT Infrastructure Manager
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE:
This position is responsible for all IT-related software and hardware utilized to support company business. This includes, but is not limited to, the following: phone system, WAN, LAN, PCs, laptops, printers, copiers, standard software (MS Office, Adobe, Solidworks, etc.). In addition to this, this position leads other junior personnel responsible for the IT infrastructure. The appropriate candidate for this position will be self-motivated, able to work without directions on various projects but also possess the ability to work in a team environment.

Support Regulatory Requirements
Cyber Security – Provide support implementing and executing policies and procedures related to Cybersecurity initiatives for CSI including but not limited to:
Develop Infrastructure Team Personnel
Computer Solutions Administration
WHAT THIS ROLE NEEDS:
Education: Bachelor’s degree AND eight years experience required in the Information Technology field along with at least five years of project management. Must be willing to partake in external training programs related to function as required by management.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Able to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, etc. Able to speak effectively in groups and teams.
Technical Skills: Must have advanced knowledge of Windows Server and Client operating systems. Experience with Office 365 and Azure is a plus. Must understand networking terminology and advanced networking concepts. Must have working knowledge of telephone-switching equipment and telecommunications technologies. Must have advanced knowledge of computer and networking hardware.
Project Management Skills: Must be able to manage projects and lead teams in an organized and effective manner. Projects must be orchestrated with effective communication, timely completion, and seamless implementation. Budget constraints must be observed.
