We are seeking an IT Infrastructure Manager

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE:

This position is responsible for all IT-related software and hardware utilized to support company business. This includes, but is not limited to, the following: phone system, WAN, LAN, PCs, laptops, printers, copiers, standard software (MS Office, Adobe, Solidworks, etc.). In addition to this, this position leads other junior personnel responsible for the IT infrastructure. The appropriate candidate for this position will be self-motivated, able to work without directions on various projects but also possess the ability to work in a team environment.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE:

Support Regulatory Requirements

• Provide regulatory oversight for CSI division.
• Sarbanes Oxley – Follow department procedures related to Sarbanes Oxley standards. Assist in audits as needed. Conduct monthly internal audits when scheduled.
• NTHSA – Assist in maintaining the IT Infrastructure related to E-mail and Backup retention requirements.
• Other regulatory requirements as needed.

Cyber Security – Provide support implementing and executing policies and procedures related to Cybersecurity initiatives for CSI including but not limited to:

• Patch Management
• Server Hardening
• Strategy Mapping
• Self-Education on a changing threat environment
• Other Cyber-Security tasks as needed

Develop Infrastructure Team Personnel

• Coach and provide guidance for Infrastructure team members related to projects, professionalism, company culture, professional development and other areas as needed.
• Continually evaluate the Infrastructure team to match skill sets to duties. Make personnel changes as needed.

Computer Solutions Administration

• Provide specifications for computer based solutions based on detailed analysis of the voice of IT customers and work with Tech Analysts to realize deliverables
• Work with IT Manager to develop strategic directions and budgets for service contracts and new/existing computer equipment to ensure optimal performance and data integrity/security
• Ensure fiscal responsibility in the execution of expenses and resource deployment related to the support of computer, communications, and network hardware and software
• Manage the activities and development of direct s by immediately addressing issues and barriers encountered and through timely performance evaluations
• Ensure timely and accurate records for computer, communications, and network hardware and software inventories and uptime
• Develop, deploy, and enforce data retention, software license compliance, software consistency, and disaster recovery policies
• Next to the IT Manager, act as the ultimate authority with “the buck stops here” accountability for the performance and security of computer, communications, and network equipment and operating systems

WHAT THIS ROLE NEEDS:

Education: Bachelor’s degree AND eight years experience required in the Information Technology field along with at least five years of project management. Must be willing to partake in external training programs related to function as required by management.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Able to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, etc. Able to speak effectively in groups and teams.

Technical Skills: Must have advanced knowledge of Windows Server and Client operating systems. Experience with Office 365 and Azure is a plus. Must understand networking terminology and advanced networking concepts. Must have working knowledge of telephone-switching equipment and telecommunications technologies. Must have advanced knowledge of computer and networking hardware.

Project Management Skills: Must be able to manage projects and lead teams in an organized and effective manner. Projects must be orchestrated with effective communication, timely completion, and seamless implementation. Budget constraints must be observed.
