Doubletree by Hilton Hiring for Group Sales Coordinator – Hotel at Dallas, TX Full Time

The Doubletree by Hilton Campbell Centre is located within the Campbell Centre office complex in the heart of the Dallas Business District. We are looking for an Experience Sales or Group Coordinator. Must have:

• 1 year Hilton ONQ & R&I experience is REQUIRED.
• Delphi experience is a PLUS.
• Must work well in stressful high pressure situation, by maintaining composure and objectivity.
• Must be proficient with Windows Operating Systems.

Responsibilities:

• Input Rooming Lists.
• Create BEO’s and Sales/Catering Contracts.
• Respond to leads and filter back to appropriate Manager.
• Maintain Sales Documents and Files in an organized manner
• Type and Distribute all contracts, BEO’s, and RFP’s.
• Perform all administrative activities and other duties as requested by the Director of Sales.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 per hour
