The role: *
Who we are looking for: Working closely with the two existing Talent Acquisition Managers, you will be responsible for helping to source and hire the best talent for Dotmatics. Your focus will be technical positions, but don’t be surprised if we ask you to delve into the world of Application Science, Senior leadership & Sales too! From talent attraction through to managing the relationship with your candidates, and then assisting with the offer process, you will build up an invaluable understanding of how the entire Recruitment process operates within a rapidly growing, global organization. This is scheduled to be a one year temporary role.

The team: Currently the Talent Acquisition team is made up of two Talent Acquisition Managers. One of which is based in the UK, and the other is in the USA. We work closely with the broader HR team and Business Partners, including Payroll and the Finance team. Everyone is very professional, but equally friendly. We all want to do a good job, but we like to enjoy ourselves along the way.
Responsibilities: Responsibilities and Duties:

• To own the talent sourcing process for Dotmatics, and work hand in hand with the wider talent acquisition team to help secure fantastic candidates!
• Sourcing, engaging, and recruiting new technical talent for Dotmatics.
• Own the end-to-end sourcing processes, from advertising, candidate qualification; producing candidate shortlists; and assisting with the offer process.
• Work with closely with the Talent Acquisition Managers & hiring managers to understand the skills, competencies, and experiences necessary for each role.
• Develop recruitment strategies to deliver high-quality candidate pipelines and ensure a fast and effective sourcing and hiring process.
• Screen potential candidates for all roles via telephone and online interviews.
• Fine-tuning the hiring process and constantly looking for process improvements across the candidate journey.
• Assist the TA team in helping to educate hiring managers on recruiting best practice and hiring Systems.
• Manage roles and ensure data within the Applicant Tracking System is up to date.

Qualifications: Skills and Requirements:

• You have experience sourcing candidates for a wide variety of roles for a high growth SaaS or Technology business
• You have experience of technical roles, and be able to demonstrate a basic understanding of things such as, Front VS back-end development; different types of project management; full SDLC etc.
• Ability to self-source candidates from LinkedIn & job boards, (or however you see fit)
• Understanding of the wider Recruitment process from initial headhunt through to offer stage
• You know full well that recruitment isn’t just about finding the perfect candidate, and then closing the role.
• You have had experience of different challenges working with candidates, and can demonstrate examples of how you have overcome these challenges
• You have an understanding of inclusion and recruiting diverse talent.
• You are comfortable working in a fast-paced ever-changing environment.
