Overview: MAIN PURPOSE
We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced HR Administrator to join our busy HR team which currently consists of 4 in Bishop’s Stortford and 1 in the US. The team is growing and the plan is to further increase the US team from 1 to 3 and the UK team from 4 to 5, therefore the global HR team will expand to 8.
The ideal candidate would need to have experience of working in HR due to the strict confidentiality around employee information. You should be able to liaise with people at all levels and have the ability to prioritise and work under pressure at times.
You will be expected to work independently as well as part of a team and be able to help and support others when needed. As the Company is growing rapidly the role will grow too.

Initially this position will be fully remote, but when we are able to do so, you will be expected to visit our Bishop’s Stortford office twice a week._
Responsibilities: MAIN RESPONSBILITIES

Liaising with the Talent Management team organising interviews, maintaining a record of the process and arranging Technical Tests as appropriate
