Dotdigital Hiring for Talent Acquisition Specialist Job at London, England Full Time

We are looking for an in-house Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team at Dotdigital. This is an ideal role for someone looking to work for a global business, gain recruitment experience across 3 regions (EMEA, APAC and Americas) and contribute to the success of our growth!

The ideal candidate will come from a SaaS recruiting background and will be keen to build their experience in a fast-paced team hiring globally into all areas of the business.

Responsibilities:

• Help review all direct candidates from a variety of job boards and internal referrals
• Conduct full recruitment lifecycle from screening through to offer stage. This will involve determining if candidates are the right fit for the role and Dotdigital, setting up interviews and finalising the job offer details
• Working closely with key stakeholders to execute a successful recruitment process. This could range from Team Leads to General Managers
• Owning your portfolio of roles. These roles will be all non-technical roles from Sales, Customer Success to Product Support and Solutions Consultants
• Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be required to provide weekly updates to the wider HR leadership team
• Sourcing and headhunting candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and other job boards
• Contributing to the wider HR team and organisation through HR projects
• ATS, Careers Page and job board management

Experience:

• 2 – 3 years in full 360 agency recruitment role or internal recruitment role from a similar company
• Full cycle recruiting experience including sourcing, screening, interview management and offer management
• SaaS recruiting experience is incredibly beneficial
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Organisational skills are essential
• Experience working across APAC and Americas is a bonus!

This role would be a blend of working from our London Bridge HQ, our highly accessible East Croydon Tech Centre, and home working.
