DORT FINANCIAL CU Hiring for Help Desk Operator at Grand Blanc, MI Full Time

Purpose of Position: Provide end-users with general technical support. Perform tasks as required in daily computer operations as scheduled. Support other areas of the IS department with installations and upgrades as required.

Minimum Formal Education: High School Degree required. Two years course work in computer science preferred.

Experience: One-year computer related experience required. Knowledge of personal computer hardware and software, networked systems, and Microsoft software to include but not limited to MS Operating Systems and MS Office highly preferred. Active Directory experienced preferred.

Other Requirements: Must be bondable. Must be flexible self motivated and able to work unusual/variable hours and schedules including but not limited to evenings, weekends, etc. Must be accurate, dependable and reliable. Excellent communication, innovative thinking, problem solving and multi-tasking skills preferred. Support experience preferred. Certification preferred.
