Dorman Products Hiring for Talent Acquisition Coordinator Job at Warsaw, KY Full Time

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team in Warsaw, KY! The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will perform administrative duties to support the Talent Acquisition team in all phases of the recruitment cycle. This position will be held accountable to ensure consistent and timely completion of centralized services for our candidate experience by scheduling interviews, greeting candidates, and creating offers of employment.
*Responsibilities include but are not limited too: *

• Ensures an excellent candidate experience throughout the interview process
• Work closely with the talent acquisition team to assist with scheduling phone, onsite and virtual interviews
• Track candidates throughout hiring process in our applicant tracking system
• Create and modify requisitions and positions as needed.
• Be the point person for candidates and team members for all phone, virtual and onsite interviews
• Manage the pre-employment process by generating background checks, monitoring drug screens and acting as liaison between candidates, recruiters and hiring managers. Ensure all pre-employment requirements are performed in accordance with company policy.
• Propose and implement ongoing innovations and improvements to recruitment process
• Participate in recruiting events representing Dorman Products
• Manage job boards and post open requisitions on the Dorman site and others

*Education/Qualifications/Experience*

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 1+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Familiarity with recruitment and hiring practices and stages (screening, interview, assessment, onboarding)
• Experience using recruiting software and social networks for recruiting
• Experience with SuccessFactors and MS Office
• Open for a challenge in a genuinely fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks
