Dormakaba Group Hiring for Customer Service Representative at Montréal, QC Full Time

POSITION OVERVIEW

dormakaba is seeking a to join our team. This position is responsible for responsible to meet overall objectives, to coordinate the implementation of the procedures to assure achievements of customer satisfaction.

PRIMARY DUTIES

• Answers incoming customer calls, emails and chat regarding orders, service questions and general client concerns
• Manage Webstore orders
• Process incoming orders in the ERP system as per procedures in place
• Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller
• Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call
• Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years’ experience in customer services
• Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in English and in French, Spanish an asset
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Well organized, self-starter, responsible

APERÇU DU POSTE

dormakaba recherche un(e) pour rejoindre son équipe. Ce poste est responsable de l’atteinte des objectifs généraux, de la coordination de la mise en œuvre des procédures afin d’assurer la satisfaction des clients.

FONCTIONS PRINCIPALES

• Répondre aux appels entrants, emails et chat des clients concernant les commandes, les questions liées au service et les préoccupations générales des clients
• Gérer les commandes via le magasin en ligne (webstore)
• Traiter les commandes entrantes dans le système ERP selon les procédures en place
• Maintenir un haut niveau de professionnalisme avec les clients et travailler à établir un rapport positif avec chacun d’eux
• Mettre à jour les informations des clients dans la base de données du service client pendant et après chaque appel
• Travailler avec l’équipe de direction pour se tenir bien à jour sur la connaissance du produit et être informé de tout changement dans les politiques de l’entreprise

EXIGENCES

• Expérience de plus de 3 ans dans le service à la clientèle
• Aptitude à demeurer professionnel et courtois avec les clients en tout temps
• Excellentes aptitudes en communication verbale et écrite, en anglais et en français, l’espagnol un atout
• Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office
• Organisé, autonome, responsible.
