You’ll be able to impact internal stakeholders and Bobcat dealers by creating engaging learning experiences using multiple technologies and implementing industry best practices.

As a Sr. Learning Experience Designer, you’ll research and identify training trends, methodologies, technology and best practices, and analyze and implement new findings. You’ll be able to create online learning courses and modules and develop structure for face-to-face workshops by collaborating with the commercial training team and subject matter experts.

This position may be located at any of the following Doosan Bobcat locations: West Fargo, ND; Bismarck, ND; Gwinner, ND; Minneapolis, MN; Johnson Creek, WI; Statesville, NC; Aurora, CO; Litchfield, MN or Wahpeton, ND. There is also opportunity for this role to be remote!

Job Requirement

• Education Required: Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree preferred
• Experience Required: 5+ years of instructional design work on curricula design and development of content for technical learners with ability to provide portfolio of work that includes training materials/curricula/courses and project management ability at the time of interview
• Travel Required:
• Proven competency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneDrive
• Experience with Articulate360, Camtasia, Storyline or similar system strongly preferred
• Ability to consistently meet tight deadlines and prioritize work effectively
• Ability to problem solve and anticipate downstream impact of all actions
• Ability to strategically plan
