We are currently growing our North America team and are seeking a Product UI Manager to join our talented team!

This role may be located at our Bismarck, ND; Gwinner, ND; or West Fargo, ND locations.

The Product UI Manager is responsible for driving the human interface strategy for Bobcat construction equipment. The Product UI Manager will accomplish this by working with development teams to create a scalable and flexible user interface strategy and methodology. They will lead the development and alignment of the UI across the organization and ensure proper execution. Specializing in benchmarking products, in and outside the industry, they will be the voice of the business, and safeguard the integrity of the approved UI to exceed customer expectations and contribute to an overall Bobcat brand experience designed to achieve sales and financial targets.

Qualified Candidates will have:

• Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Product Engineering, Business Administration or related major. Equivalent experience in lieu of degree will be accepted. MBA preferred.
• Experience Required: 7+ years. Experience preferred in UI/UX/HMI/CX of tangible products.
• Travel Required: 10-20%.
• Demonstrate the following:Principles of Lean Six Sigma & QFD.

– Strong strategy/planning skills.
