The Accounting Supervisor will support Doosan Bobcat by performing a broad range of financial activities and assist managers outside the finance organization to improve the business/financial acumen in the organization.

The qualified candidate will have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. MBA and/or CPA preferred.
• 5 to 7 years’ of Accounting or Finance experience.
• General, intercompany and consolidation accounting experience.
• Internal control implementation and execution experience.
• Strong Oracle experience is a plus.
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency with strong Excel skills.
• Effective team leadership coaching and people management skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and cross-functional teamwork skills .
