Senior HR Administrator

Location – Renfrew

There are a variety of roles across the business where achievement is not always defined by engineering, the kind of roles you’ll find in the headquarters or back office. Due to natural progression within the HR Shared Services team, we are recruiting for a Senior Administrator to join the team in Renfrew on a permanent basis. This role will provide a transactional administrative support service to all Doosan employees, during their Employment Lifecycle.

Key duties:

• Provide administrative support for all members of the HR Team as required, to underpin the delivery of high-quality customer care.
• Knowledge of relevant policy & procedure, standards and working practices (and awareness of company-wide BOPs) in order to perform HR administration.
• Compile standard reports, metrics and documentation to satisfy record keeping requirements and/or support management decision making.
• Participate fully as a member of the HR Services team, providing cross-cover and support as required to ensure a seamless HR administrative service is delivered.
• Understanding of UK Employment Law legislation and adhere to company-wide BOPs to ensure that work is conducted in line with standardised working practices.

Knowledge, skills and Experience:
1. Qualified to a Standard Grade level in both Maths and English or equivalent, significant and related professional experience.

2. Knowledge and application of policy & procedure, standards and working practices (including company-wide Business Operating Procedures) appropriate to allotted tasks and associated documentation.

3. Ability to accurately interpret information and to produce accurate reports to management in the format required.

4. Experience of administration techniques and the ability to use a computer to access and store documentation and report information.

5. Knowledge of SAP HR desirable
