As a Lead Teacher at Doodle Bugs!, you will lead the classroom, implementing our BRAVO! Curriculum for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years. You will create engaging lesson plans and educational activities, supervise Teacher Assistants, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations. Building strong relationships with parents, you will provide regular updates and exceptional customer service. You will attend regular trainings and meetings to continuously improve your skills and provide the best care for the children in your classroom.

Qualifications

• Child Development Associate (CDA) credential OR Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (Psychology, Sociology, Human Services, etc.)
• 1 year of experience working with young children
