At Doncasters, we are looking for an enthusiastic Talent and Development Partner to support and enable talent and learning programs for global initiatives, based remotely!
Typically, you would:
Support and manage recruitment campaigns to ensure we are attracting the very best talent to Doncasters
Review Talent Acquisition processes to ensure they are effective, enabling the best candidate experience
Manage the setup and coordination of learning programs, with internal and external stakeholders
Manage program communications so that it reaches the right audience to create an impact
Design, develop and facilitate soft skills or development training
Engage in ongoing reviews of the talent strategy and improvements to ensure that we build robust talent pipelines and create a culture of learning
Your team
You’ll be working in the Talent and Development team and, you will partner very closely with our sites across all of our regions. This, therefore, gives you a great opportunity to work across cultures and network across the Globe!

In order to succeed in this role you’ll need a clear passion for Talent Management. Whether you are sourcing the right candidate or developing Talent internally this will need to be your passion.
Ideally you will have experience of managing recruitment administration and exposure to direct sourcing and creating an excellent candidate journey.
You will need to be extremely organised to flex between working on global projects and supporting on site initiatives to embed the talent strategy across the business, as well as the ability to work across multiple time zones. A business partner experienced in establishing strong working relationships and engagement of stakeholders is key to the role.
You will need to thrive when working in a team environment utilising your facilitation skills to help upskill virtually and in-person.
Ideally y ou will have worked in a large matrix organisation, with the ability to speak either German or Spanish would be advantageous.
