About the role:

We are seeking a Finance Business Partner to join our team in Port Melbourne, supporting the Procurement & Fresh Director and the broader Fresh Leadership team. Reporting to the Financial Planning & Analysis manager, this role will support the delivery of profitable growth of the Fresh Trading Business. As the Fresh Finance Business Partner, you will drive effective pricing, promotion and value adding initiatives and support the growth of Fresh strategy projects.

Responsibilities:

• Maintenance & ownership of the Cost Accounting function for Fresh Trading
• Ensure new products are costed accurately to support new product development
• Prepare models to support and drive timely completion of IBP rolling forecasts, quarterly forecasts and the annual operating plan
• Deliver all Fresh Trading finance reporting requirements
• Production of the Fresh Trading IBP forecasting process, full P&L & budget process
• Supporting decision making through outstanding business partnering and the use of simplified, fact based, analytical insights and robust reporting methods.

About you:

• Bachelor of Business (Accounting) or similar required
• CA or CPA highly desirable
• FMCG experience highly desirable
• SAP experience desirable
• Tableau experience desirable
• Proven and effective business partnering abilities
• Stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
• We are seeking a driven, determined, and engaging Business Partner to support our Fresh business
