You will be responsible for managing a small team and the following:

• Applicant will be required to review and audit loan files to ensure they are in compliance with the lending guidelines and are error free
• Applicant will be required to clear any post closing exceptions provide in a timely basis and track all post closing exceptions
• Applicant will assist other DFS members in coordinating settlements with title companies and borrower. In addition, applicants will be required to obtain financial information and property information from borrowers.
• Applicant will ensure all Loan files are in compliance with Dominion Financial Services, LLC Standards. They will be responsible for maintaining all loan files and informing upper management of any files that are about to be or currently out of compliance
• Applicant will be required to review borrower financials, document pertinent information, provide recommended approval amounts and talk intelligently about the borrower

Qualifications

• Fast paced with attention to detail
• 3+ Years in the Real Estate Industry
• Experience with Qualify Control

• College Degree
• Advanced in Microsoft Office
• Proficient in Outlook and Adobe

Pay: $70,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
