There are 2 positions available that will be filled at either the Talent Acquisition Specialist or Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist level, commensurate with the successful candidates’ knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience.
Dominion Energy is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Recruiter) or Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (Senior Recruiter) to join its Talent Acquisition team. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for executing the company’s recruiting strategy to meet current and upcoming hiring needs. This position will be part of a team that recruits for vacancies within the Dominion Energy Virginia (DEV) and Nuclear business segments, but may also assist in filling jobs in other areas.
Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Specialist: 3+ years of recruiting experience, which includes full cycle recruiting and/or sourcing experience. (A Master’s degree can count towards one year of experience; A partial year of six months or more will be rounded up to one year of experience).
Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist: 5+ years of recruiting experience, which includes full cycle recruiting and/or sourcing experience. (A Master’s degree can count towards one year of experience; A partial year of six months or more will be rounded up to one year of experience).
