DOMA Hiring for Marketing Coordinator at Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, Australia Full Time

DOMA are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team!

This role will support the marketing function by coordinating all of DOMA’s social media content and campaigns and will work closely with our internal and external stakeholders in the delivery of assigned project marketing tasks. Ideally, this role would suit a passionate and driven marketing professional with 2-3 years industry experience looking to further grow and develop their career with a growing national brand.

Responsibilities

• Administer of all DOMA’s social media platforms across hotels, wellness, food and beverage, weddings and conferencing, ensuring aligent with our brand and quality guidelines.
• Communicate effectively to target markets through a variety of social medial channels to promote DOMA’s offering and services.
• Work closely across all hotel departments, seeking proactive opportunities and planned promotions to address specific business challenges as required
• Organising content meetings and ensuring a strong agenda and meeting notes.
• Generate innovative social content ideas and collaborate with lines of business internally to bring concepts to life via photography, content, videography, reels and more.
• Accountable for building a loyal following for our brands by driving engaging content and exceptional community management across all DOMA brands.
• Social media management and influencer marketing activity and photoshoots.
• Content management on all socials including YouTube, LinkedIn, Meta, Pinterest, TikTok and Google.
• Management of internal asset usage
• Support the social media team with performance analytics across each platform.
• Support the social media team with staying across social media trends on Instagram, Tik Tok and Youtube and presenting back to the team weekly on ways to access these trends in alignment with DOMA values
• Support the marketing social media team with filming, editing, uploading, and scheduling social content across our platforms.
• Moderate content and conversation across social platforms and engage with the audience base to drive positive outcomes e.g. growth, shareability, engagement.
• Manage and maintain content calendars.
• Deliver marketing information for ing requirements as needed.
• Assist the Conference & Events teams with the coordination of events and associated marketing activities (including wedding packages) within the hotel and other Doma outlets.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience working in a marketing administrative, social media or similar role (min 2 years experience)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work with set guidelines
• Ability to manage competing priorities, work with multiple stakeholder and meet deadlines
• growth mindset and the eagerness to learn and grow
• A strong alignment to our DOMA values and the ability to work closely in a team environment
