Responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents and families throughout the duration of the stay, (especially during the admission and discharge process) in a manner that is caring, compassionate and customer-oriented and in accordance with laws, regulations and facility guidelines.
High school diploma or equivalent; successfully completed a state-approved Certified Nursing Assistance program; must possess a current certification in good standing, must have CPR certification.
Minimum of six months experience in a long-term care or other geriatric care environment is preferred.
