Dollar General Hiring for Customer Service Representative – Full & Part-Time Available (Remote) at United States Full Time

We are hiring a customer service representative to manage customer queries and complaints. You will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels. To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers.

Responsibilities

• Listen to customers’ concerns, issues and questions Resolve customers’ concerns and answer customers’ questions to your best ability Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers’ complaints Open new customer accounts Attract customers by promoting the product and company positively, answering questions and addressing concerns as they arise Recommend possible products to meet the customers’ needs Refer issues and questions to managers if necessary Prepare product and customer reports by gathering data collected during customer interactions

Skills and Qualifications

• Track record of over-achieving quota Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Familiar with CRM systems and practices Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
