Job Overview :
The Talent Acquisition Officer is responsible for full lifecycle recruiting (identifying, attracting, hiring, and retaining our most valuable asset : our people), using various channels including social media, internet platforms, networking, and community outreach to expand the Bank’s influence, contact passive candidates and active jobseekers, build talent pipelines, and onboard new hires.
The Talent Acquisition Officer works primarily on corporate back office positions requiring specialized skill sets. The successful candidate coordinates with hiring managers regularly and proactively to define and continuously refine the business needs of open positions and define the profile of the right candidate, job descriptions, job ads, and sourcing strategies.
